Terms of Service — Aurion Hosting

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Aurion Hosting (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to game hosting, VPS, web hosting, and domain registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of Services

Aurion Hosting provides hosting and related IT services as described on our website and in your order. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any service.

3. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Aurion Hosting does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Partial or full refunds for any hosting, VPS, game hosting, or domain services
Refunds for unused portions of a billing period
Refunds for setup fees, one-time charges, or add-ons
Refunds due to service downtime, suspension, or termination (whether by you or by us)
Refunds based on dissatisfaction with the service

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy. We strongly recommend that you review your order and our FAQ before purchasing. We do not offer free trials or money-back guarantees unless explicitly stated in a separate, written agreement.

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your account according to the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and for any failed payments. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment. We do not prorate or refund fees when you cancel; your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for all content, data, and activity associated with your account. You must not use our services to:

Distribute malware, engage in hacking, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
Host or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to content that infringes intellectual property, promotes violence, or is otherwise illegal in the jurisdiction of the server or your residence
Conduct denial-of-service attacks, spam, or any activity that harms the network or other users
Violate the terms of any third-party software or game you run on our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove content without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated acceptable use. We are not obligated to store or return your data after termination.

6. Prohibited Uses and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect our infrastructure and other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for any remaining period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurion Hosting and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity, arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific uptime, performance, or results; DDoS protection and other safeguards are provided “as is” and do not constitute a warranty of uninterrupted service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and may notify you by email or through your billing panel when changes are material. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and cancel your account; no refund will be provided.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
