No. Aurion Hosting does not offer refunds. All purchases are final. By placing an order you agree to our Terms of Service, which state that we do not provide refunds for any services, including but not limited to partial months, setup fees, or unused time. We recommend choosing a plan carefully and using our support team if you have questions before ordering.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and in some cases cryptocurrency. Payment is processed through our secure billing system. All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Services are billed in advance (monthly or annually depending on the product). You can cancel at any time from your billing panel; the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund unused time after cancellation.
We do not offer a free trial or money-back guarantee. Our Terms of Service clearly state that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you are unsure, please contact our support team before purchasing.
We aim for 99.99% uptime on our infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We do not compensate for downtime unless otherwise stated in a specific SLA for enterprise plans.
Support is provided via our billing panel (tickets) and Discord. We do not offer support by phone. Response times vary; we strive to answer tickets as quickly as possible. Please have your client details ready when opening a ticket.
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades can be requested through the billing panel. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades usually apply at the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is given for the difference when downgrading.
Yes. Our game and VPS hosting includes DDoS mitigation (e.g. Cosmic Guard or similar). This does not guarantee 100% protection in all scenarios; see our Terms of Service for limitations of liability.
